Clock and Other Settings for Panasonic KX-TG Series Telephones
For other models KX-TG4031, KX-TG4032, KX-TG4033, KX-TG4034, KX-TG4731, KX-TG4732, KX-TG4733, KX-TG4734, KX-TG4771, KX-TG4772, KX-TG6642, KX-TG6643, KX-TG7732, KX-TG7733 see video at the bottom. The magic incantation is MENU # 101, then just enter the time.

Setting the unit before use
Date and time
Set the correct date and time. When you
play back a message from the answering
system (page 37), the unit announces the
day and time it was recorded.
1. {MENU} {4}
2 Enter the current month, day, and year
by selecting 2 digits for each.
Example: August 15, 2006
{0}{8} {1}{5} {0}{6}
3 Enter the current hour and minute (12-
hour clock format) by selecting 2 digits
for each.
Example: 9:30
{0}{9} {3}{0}
4 Press {AM/PM} to select “AM” or “PM”.

Note:
LIf you make a mistake when entering the
date and time, press {<}, {>}, {^}, or
{V} to move the cursor, then make the
correction.
Display language
The default setting is “English”.1 {MENU}i{0}{8}
2 Select the desired setting.
3 Press the right soft key to save. i
{OFF}
Dialing mode
If you cannot make calls, change thissetting depending on your telephone line
service. The default setting is “Tone”.
“Tone”: For tone dial service.
“Pulse”: For rotary pulse dial service.
